Hi, my name is Eric and recently I bought a beach house. Now my family and I get to take frequent trips to the beach and are able to generate some income too! When we started out, what I could not find was a comprehensive site that gave step by steps, lessons learned, and tips for each stage in the becoming a vacation rental owner process…from financing, furnishing, leases, etc. and to the goal of satisfied, repeat renters.
My hope is this site can serve others as such a resource. I certainly don’t have all the answers, I will just lend my experience. I encourage you to lend your experience also or questions with comments on these posts. Please find the ever-expanding list of topics here.
